Challenge Details/Rules

Eligible rides/in-hand activities include: training, trail riding, showing and/or exercising. Hours spent grooming and feeding are not eligible to be logged.
Ride Challenge eligible rides=Under Saddle
In-hand Challenge eligible activities= Showmanship practice/show, Trail In-Hand, etc.
Ride Challenges are open and available worldwide for any horse breed and discipline.
Each riding/in-hand activities log is for one horse/rider combination.
Exhibitors can enter multiple horses, but must pay entry fees for each horse/rider combo and must complete a separate log for each horse.
All rides/in-hand activities submitted must be for the current year and within challenge deadlines.
The rider does not have to own the horse.
A maximum of two rides/in-hand activities can be recorded each day.
No refunds.
DUE TO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS THIS CHALLENGE IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO UNITED STATES SHIPPING ADDRESSES. WE WILL NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE US. UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR THE ENTIRE SHIPPING COST WHICH IS AN ADDITIONAL $100 EXPORT/IMPORT FEE.

Trophy Ribbon Challenge

Register for Ribbon Challenge
Two-three logged rides/in-hand exercises each week. Ten rides/in-hand exercises (minimum) total from May 28-June 28.
Submit completed log via email by June 29, 2026.
After the challenge is complete and the riding logs have been verified a Trophy Ribbon (Beautiful Horse Sash Ribbon) will be mailed.

Buckle Ride Challenge

Register for Buckle Challenge
Two-three logged rides/in-hand exercises each week. Thirty rides/in-hand exercises (min.) total from May 28- September 16, 2026.
Submit completed log via email by September 19, 2026.
After the challenge is complete and the riding logs have been verified a Gorgeous Trophy Belt Buckle will be mailed.
